  • No Debt Ratio calculations for qualifying.

  • 2 months bank statements required to source funds for closing.

  • US Citizens, Green Card and US Visa holders allowed.

  • No foreclosures,BK's, short sales allowed most recent 2 years.

The rate and terms are specific to property location, value, loan amount, borrower FICO, Flip experience and renovation budget.  These details will alow me to provide a full term sheet for your review which will be emailed back in writing with in 24-36 hours of receipt.  For this product I can only prepare quotes Monday through Friday, so weekend requests fill be addressed on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.  Products, interest rates and loan terms subject to change.
